Few words about me
Psychologist Krystian Fikert
I am Krystian Fikert, and I have been a licensed Psychologist since 2004, I have specialization in clinical psychology. Since 2006 I am the member of Polish Psychological Society and British Psychological Society. In my professional work I am dealing with adults and adolescents, their day life problems. I am continuing couple of research in addictions area (especially in Internet and alcohol addiction). During free time I am publishing articles to Dublin Polish Community magazine (about variety psychological topics).
At the moment I am living in Dublin, working for well known to everybody search engine, Google.
My Intersts:
- cognitive psychology,
- personality psychology,
- personality disorders,
- addictions,
- psychometrics, methodology of science with statistics,
- Internet: history, expansion, impact on users,
- digital photography.

Topic of my master thesis:
"Internet addiction – personality, temperamental and social life determinants."
(Supervised by Professor Lidia Cierpiałkowska).
